People of Zurich didn’t agree to build a new soccer stadium, argumenting it being too expensive to stand there empty most of the time. So the Zurich city council made a secret agenda to get the construction bill passed: Combining the stadium matter with the building of an affordable residential complex. It was the desperate call to partner up with a big bank,  holder of the property and forced to release it to other buyers, if the bill wouldn’t pass. The message was clear: No false games! The bill got rejected.
